Can I cancel?

Yes, from your account page, at any time. There is no minimum term and no email to write to make it happen. Anything you have already downloaded stays yours.

What does 3 formats mean on Free?

A free account previews all 17 formats on screen, so you can see your colours, font and wordmark in every shape before deciding. 3 of them download cleanly:

The other 14 stay visible but are not downloadable until you are on Monthly. It is enough to prove the product works, and not enough to finish a launch.

Do the sizes stay up to date?

Platforms do change their specs. Every size in the product comes from one catalogue, so a single correction updates the size pages, the previews and the downloads at the same moment, with nothing left hardcoded in a corner. We re-check against each platform’s published spec before a release, and we will not pretend that is the same day a platform changes its mind.

Do I need a logo first?

No, on any plan. Upload a logo if you have one. If you do not, a wordmark is drawn from your business name, colours and font, and used everywhere a logo would go.
